Day 1
We’ll depart from Rainbow Beach following a tour briefing to prepare you for the trip ahead, including a lesson on how to drive safely on K'gari (Fraser Island). Tides permitting, we’ll begin our 4WD adventure by taking the ferry across to K'gari (Fraser Island). Admire the views and keep an eye out for dolphins, turtles, dugongs and more on the short trip across the strait.

Once on Fraser Island, we’ll travel along the sandy 75 Mile Beach Hwy, passing amazing scenery before arriving at Eurong Beach Resort. Stretch your legs with a walk, enjoy a coffee and a pastry for morning tea (own cost), and then we're off again. Our first destination is Lake Mckenzie, one of the most picturesque spots on the island. Swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy a relaxing lunch in this pristine environment, before we make our way to the campsite. Here, settle in for an early dinner, some well-deserved drinks, and a fun night with your fellow adventurers.

Day 2
Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean (or sleep in!) before breakfast. Day two begins by travelling along the 75 Mile Beach Hwy to the crystal-clear waters of Eli Creek, where you'll get the chance to go for a swim. Next, we continue the adventure heading to the northern end of the island for some photos of the famous Maheno Shipwreck in the sand. We’ll enjoy a dip in the natural rock jacuzzi at Champagne Pools and take in the amazing views from Indian Head. The high point is a great place to spot sharks, manta rays, whales and more in the ocean below. Lunch is served at either Maheno Shipwreck or Champagne Pools, depending on time constraints, safety and beauty. In the afternoon, head back to camp for another relaxing night around the campfire.

Day 3
Our last day begins with breakfast before cleaning and disassembling your campsite. Once we're all packed, we make our way to the beginning of the Lake Wabby walk, where you'll stride through the dunes to find a tropical paradise! Following lunch, we start making our way back to the barge along the beach. Once we're back on the mainland, head to the 4WD shed where you can unpack and quickly clean the cars as our adventure comes to a close.

Fraser Island itineraries are always subject to change due to tidal and weather conditions. But don't worry! Your guide will consider all conditions when planning your itinerary to ensure you have the best time!
