Fraser Island is a stunning place and it needs to be explored by four wheel drive. Hop into a comfortable 4 wheel drive warrior vehicle and discover a shipwreck, freshwater lakes, ocean pools, pristine sandy beaches and more! Come on this amazing overnight tour with a group of like minded people. Enjoy swimming, bush walks, sightseeing and checking out the native wildlife. 2 Day 1 Night Fraser Island Fully Guided (Departs Wednesday & Saturday from Rainbow Beach)

Day 1: Rainbow Beach to Fraser Island
We start the day with a quick briefing before making the short ferry trip across to Fraser Island. Once we’re on the island, we head up the beach highway to our first stop, the famous Lake McKenzie. Enjoy a swim and a picnic lunch by the clear blue waters of Fraser Island’s most picturesque lake. In the afternoon, we continue the journey up the beach to our campsite for dinner.

Day 2: Fraser Island to Rainbow Beach
Today we discover the ocean highway of 75-Mile Beach and its famous icon of the SS Maheno Shipwreck, swim in crystal-clear Eli Creek with ocean views, visit The Pinnacles Coloured Sands where you learn about local mythology, climb Indian Head for Fraser Island’s most spectacular views, experience the natural rock pool jacuzzis at Champagne Pools. Take the ferry back to the mainland and be dropped at your accommodation around 6pm.

2 Days 1 night On The Siska (Departs Wednesday, Friday & Sunday from Airlie Beach)

Your 2 day/1 night adventure cruise begins at 8am, from Coral Sea Marina South at Airlie Beach. A typical voyage will cover around 90 nautical miles (160km’s).

You will sail across the Whitsunday Passage to Tongue Bay. Time to head to the northeastern side of Whitsunday Island to Whitehaven Beach. Take a guided bush walk up to the ever-talked-about Hill Inlet Lookout. Don’t forget to bring your camera as this will be a view you will want to capture forever. You’ll have more time to explore or relax before your crew heads to a nice and protected anchorage site for a night of fun.

Wake up the next morning and don some snorkelling gear and explore the fringing reefs. After morning tea, we’ll squeeze in one more snorkelling or beach stop before we make our way back to Airlie Beach.

Itineraries are flexible, and this itinerary is an example only. Trips will differ depending on the prevailing breezes and tides. Itineraries are planned by the Captain considering the safety and well-being of guests and crew. If you have a special place that you would like to visit, they do their very best to see what can be done.

These packages include separate trips to Fraser island and the Whitsundays as well as a night in Airlie and Rainbow Beach before and after your trips.

The trips can be done in whatever order and as far apart or close together as you want, it is totally flexible.

The trips don’t include transport between Airlie Beach and Rainbow Beach. We can help you organise transport with Premier or Greyhound.

Christmas Surcharge for Whitsundays: Departures 24 to 26 December will incur a $20 (1 Night tours) to $40 (2 or more nights) surcharge per passenger.
