Cancellation Request
Changes / Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours in advance of the travel date. If you wish to cancel your tour or you are unable to make your planned trip, it is your responsibility to contact the supplier directly and let them know you are unable to make the tour. It is important that you make a note of who you spoke to and when you spoke with them (please add this to the ‘Additional notes’ section).
