Best Blue Mountains Day Trips & Tours from Sydney
The Blue Mountains is a must visit location when travelling to Sydney and joining one of our day trips is the perfect way to do it. We have two options when it comes to discovering this beautiful part of Australia, the classic Blue Mountains Day Tour, or the Blue Mountains Sunset Tour. Both tours follow a similar itinerary, with the day tour also including a stop at Featherdale Wildlife Sanctuary.
On the classic tour, the day begins when your knowledgeable tour guide collects you from your accommodation ready for a day of exploring. Upon arrival to the Blue Mountains, we begin a picturesque scenic bush walk overlooking the stunning Jamison Valley and ending at a lookout point over the unbelievable Wentworth Falls. You will then head to Echo Point to take in the majesty of the Three Sisters rock formation and learn about the cultural history of the Indigenous Australians and their tie to the land. There’s also the chance to ride the Scenic Railway at Scenic World for a thrilling journey on the steepest passenger railway in the world.
For those sunset lovers out there, we have the perfect tour for you. Sleep in to start your day a little later than the classic tour and be picked up from your accommodation at around noon. You will head for the Blue Mountains to spend the day exploring and learning about the history of the area. You will visit towering waterfalls, hike in the Australian bush and most importantly, witness a breathtaking sunset over the iconic ‘Three Sisters’ rock formation. You will return to Sydney with some amazing memories and plenty of great photos!
Our day tours to the Blue Mountains can accommodate for all types of travellers.
