Buley Rockhole

If you’re someone who loves to swim and also wants to chill in the water, this refreshing rockhole is the place to be. You will have to walk over the natural rock beds before you enter the pools. Buley Rockhole has small deep plunge pools and shallow rock pools. You can sit down in the shallow rock pools and enjoy the water flowing by you.

Buley Rockhole is open for most of the year, so check online before you travel.

Wangi Falls

Bring a picnic blanket and some snacks when coming to Wangi Falls as it’s a great location to settle down for a picnic. Wangi Falls is also one of the most popular swimming holes in Litchfield as it has a large deep pool, and you can swim right up to the falls.

Tolmer Falls

Tolmer Falls is one of the tallest and most magnificent waterfalls in Litchfield. To see the falls, you can do a short walk to two viewing platforms which are at the top of the gorge.

Florence Falls

Florence Falls is another giant waterfall at Litchfield where you can swim at. The lookout points are open all year round, but you can only swim during the dry season. It’s recommended to visit during the wet season (even if you can’t swim) to see how spectacular and full the falls are.
