Day 1: Alice Springs to Uluru
This Uluru 3 Day Tour takes you through some of Australia’s remotest yet most beautiful landscapes. The impressive vistas come thick and fast. Day one sees you travel from Alice Springs to Uluru, stopping on the way at Curtin Springs cattle station and Mount Connor – sometimes known as False Uluru.

After a picnic lunch you’ll unravel the significance of Uluru to Australia’s Aboriginal people at an interpretive cultural centre, before heading to Mutitjulu waterhole and sacred rock art sites. You’ll then walk to Uluru’s northeast corner to take in the sheer enormity of this monolith followed by a trip by vehicle to Kantju Gorge to round off the day at one of Central Australia’s highest waterfalls.

End the day with dinner with a view. We’ll watch the sunset over Uluru and the surrounding desert landscapes before bedding down at our camp under the stars.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2: Uluru to Kings Canyon
The second day of the tour begins by experiencing the sunrise over Uluru. The later morning is spent hiking through the landscapes that make up Kata Tjuta – formerly known as the Olgas. These rock formations are home to a huge array of native plants and animals, and there’s no better way to encounter them than by walking across either the Valley of the Winds or Walpa Gorge.

In the afternoon we make the journey to Kings Canyon where the evening is spent beneath the stars to the sound of a crackling campfire.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3: Kings Canyon to Alice Springs
Wake up early on your final day and get ready to discover Kings Canyon. Here red cliffs rise up to 100 metres over the surrounding area – casting a gentle shadow over gum tree forest and unspoiled natural pools. We’ll explore the area with a rewarding hike in the morning before heading back to Alice Springs in the afternoon.

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
