This is the perfect opportunity to discover the Everglades, one of the most pristine and beautiful areas in southern Queensland, on a day tour where you can choose to cruise or canoe.

You will have the chance to take as many photos at your own pace while travelling on the cruise and see 44% of Australia’s bird wildlife as well as over 1300 plant species. You will then get closer to the river of mirror while paddling on an old Canadian style canoe.

Your adventure begins from the magnificent Cootharaba Lake to the start of the Noosa Everglades in a modern boat. We’ll then or cruise of Canoe our way to the historic Harry’s Hut. Take it easy and jump on our boat for a cruise. But you can also choose to paddle (5km) upstream in your classic Canadian style canoe through ancient landscapes, mirrored waterways and sub-tropical rainforest. You’ll then rejoin your tour group for morning tea in the tranquil surroundings of Harry’s Hut.

After your morning tea, experience the magnificent wonders of the Everglades, recognised as one of the most spectacular canoeing adventures in Australia – a place you MUST see to believe!

Return to the cosy CootharaBAR & Bistro at Noosa Everglades Eco Camp where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ (own cost). While enjoying a beer from the only artesian micro-brewery of Australia, take in the beautiful views over the lake.
