‘The Rock’ ‘Ayers Rock’ and ‘Uluru’. Whatever you want to call it, the massive rock formation in Australia’s Red Centre is a must do trip for anyone visiting this amazing country.

If you’re short on time but need to see the Rock then a one day trip is your answer. You’ll Visit Kata Tjuta, the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and of course, Uluru.

Enjoy a walk around Walpa Gorge at Kata Tjuta before heading to Uluru to walk around the base of this awesome rock structure. Champagne and an Aussie BBQ dinner is provided at sunset to top off an amazing day.

Uluru is located in the 1,325-hectare Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park. The park is World-Heritage listed for the importance of its natural phenomena and its` cultural significance.

We collect you from outside your Alice Springs accommodation at 6:00am.

Light breakfast on board our comfortable air conditioned coach.

Stop at Erldunda Roadhouse and Aboriginal art display.

We arrive at Uluru around midday and stop at the Visitors Centre (warmer months).

We have lunch and travel to The Olgas.

Back to Uluru and visit the Aboriginal Cultural Centre.

Take a leisurely walk in the magnificent Walpa Gorge at Kata Tjuta and then experience the cultural significance of Uluru as our tour guides lead you on the Mala and Mutijulu walks (the order of this part of the itinerary may change between hotter and cooler months).

A BBQ champagne dinner watching a magnificent Australian sunset on Uluru is a highlight of this great day.

We depart for Alice Springs after sunset, arriving back into town approximately midnight in cooler months and 1.00am in warmer months (comfortable coach seats are great for a sleep on the way home).

From Ayers Rock:

Departs:We collect you from outside the Outback Pioneer Hotel in Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) between 11:45am-12:00pm

Returns:After Sunset (approximately 7:00pm) to Outback Pioneer Hotel

From Alice Springs:

Departs: approximately 6:00am Daily - we pick you up from outside your Alice Springs accommodation - Please be ready.

Returns: approximately midnight to your Alice Springs accommodation.

Dress code in the Northern Territory is casual and comfortable. Winter nights (May to Aug) are cold, so bring warm clothes. Days are sunny and warm. Summer (Nov-Mar) is hot so cool comfortable clothing is required
